Your ads are running when they are not in the ‘Publish queue’. If you click on ‘My Campaigns’ you can see your running campaigns by selecting ‘Show active campaigns’ in the sidebar. If these active campaigns include ad sets or ads and have a play symbol in front of them, the ads are published and running.

If the campaign do not include any ads, the ads are not published. Go back to the ‘Publish queue’ to see if there is any error messages.

If the ‘Publish queue’ is empty but you still can’t see your ads in the ‘My Campaign’ tab, please click on ‘Download – Ads & campaigns’ in the upper right corner in the ‘My Campaign’ tab.
