In the ‘Publish Ads’ tab you will create your campaign, allocate budget, select bid type and set the max bid.

The work you have prepared and moved into the preview grid in the ‘Create Ads’ tab or summary grid in the ‘Set targeting’ tab, will be pulled into the publish tab when you click on the ‘Generate X ads’ button.

Once you click on “Generate X ads” a pop up will appear where you configure your campaign settings.

Basics

Create a new or select an existing campaign

Select if you want to (1.) create a new campaign or (2.) publish your ad sets in an existing campaign

1. Create a new campaign

  1.  Campaign name: Start by naming your campaign.
  2.  Folder: You can create a folder for your campaign and your ad sets or choose to place them into an existing folder. The folders are great for creating structure in your ad account and organise your campaigns. The folders will only be visible in Qwaya.

The next step is to configure your ad sets.

If you have used our split by functionality and created multiple target groups you will automatically get one ad set per targeting. If you have created ads with different placement options you will also get one ad set per placement.

  1.  Ad set name: From this section you can set an ad set name by entering text and/or using dynamic parameters. You can learn more in this article.
  2.  Start date: If you don’t want your ad set to start right away, you can select a start day.
  3.  End date: You can also select an end time for your ad set.

The final step in this section is to name your ad(s).

2. Existing campaign

  1.  Existing campaign: Select the campaign you want to publish your ad sets and ads to from the list in the drop down menu.

The next step is to configure your ad sets.
When you select Existing Campaign you can only choose to create new ad sets. If you want to publish ads into an existing ad sets you can do that from the My Campaigns section.

Budget

In this section, you'll be able to set your optimization goal, billing event, conversion event/window, and your budget.

Optimization goals and billing event (pay for)

You can select between different optimization goals and billing events, depending on what ad type you are creating and the objective you've selected.

Conversion event/window

In this section you can select your conversion event/window from the drop-down menus:

Budget

In this section you can choose the budget optimization, budget, spend caps and your bid strategy:

Tracking

From this section, you can setup your tracking preferences.

  •  Facebook pixels: If you have set up Facebook conversion tracking for your ad account you can add the Facebook pixel here.
  • Google Analytics: We will automatically add Google Analytics tracking parameters to your ads. In our tracking section you can learn more about how we build the Google Analytics URLs 
  • Custom tracking: Create your own tracking URL by using our URL builder.

Preview

When you are ready to publish your ads click on the ‘Publish Ads’ button to launch the campaign.

At this point we release the ads to Facebook who will approve them before the campaign is set live. Make sure the ads follow the guidelines for advertising on Facebook to guarantee that Facebook approves them.
