If you're receiving this error it's because you're not using a valid URL in either the 'Display link' or 'Post link' field when designing your creative. You need to ensure that you have a URL in both of these fields. for example:
Display link: www.mywesbite.com
Post link: www.mywebsite.com/sign-up
