If your ads don’t get impressions you should try to increase your max bid.

Navigate to ‘My Campaigns’ and the Ads view. Select the ad that doesn’t get impressions and click “Bidding” in the bottom toolbar. Make sure your bid is close to or equals the max bid. You can update your bid by typing in the new bid and press ‘Update’. If you use Optimize CPM you will not be able to see bid estimates, but a good indication if your bid is high or low is benchmark it to Facebook’s default bid that they use in the Ads Manger.

  • For an Offsite conversions the default bid is $30.
  • For a Mobile App Install the default bid is $10.
  • For all other actions the default bid is $3.

If you already have updated your bid, make sure you haven’t reached your spend limit on Facebook. To see or change your spend limit go to the “Billing manager” in your Facebook Ads Manager. Read more about ads delivery in Facebook’s help documentation.
